Delivery
Dispatch of 'in stock' product is normally within 2-3 working days unless otherwise advised in writing by Manico Me. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once dispatch has occurred.
Manico Me uses Australia Post (Express Post) for the majority of our Australian domestic deliveries and couriers are used for the remainder of the deliveries.
Once delivered to your nominated delivery address, the delivery is confirmed as being in your possession,
Returns
Refunds or exchanges are not currently possible for change of mind or incorrect selection. Credits and refunds are only applicable when upon return to Manico Me, the product is inspected and then deemed as being faulty in manufacture. Manico Me will then offer an exchange for an identical product or a full refund.
