Warranty Coverage: 1.1. Manico Me warrants that our handle hardware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. 1.2. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claims: 2.1. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, please contact Manico Me's customer service department by phone or email within 7 days of discovering the issue. 2.2. To initiate a warranty claim, you will need to provide the following information: - Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number) - Detailed description of the defect - Clear photographs or videos showing the defect, if applicable
Warranty Resolution: 3.1. Manico Me will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product or parts, or issue a refund for the original purchase price. 3.2. If the defective product or parts are no longer available, Manico Me reserves the right to provide a suitable replacement of similar value. 3.3. Any repaired or replaced product or parts will continue to be covered under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
Warranty Exclusions: 4.1. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from: - Misuse, abuse, or improper installation of the product - Normal wear and tear - Alterations or modifications made without prior authorisation - Failure to follow product instructions or guidelines - Acts of nature, accidents, or external causes 4.2. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Manico Me handle hardware products.
Limitations of Liability: 5.1. Manico Me's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as stated in section 3 above. 5.2. In no event shall Manico Me be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
